The Camino de Santiago - Portugal Style

We, Roxanne, Erik and Araris, spent the month of May into June 2017 undertaking the medieval pilgrimage trail from Lisbon, Portugal to Santiago, Spain.

We are in the process of going through our 6000 photos to select those we want to feature in our forthcoming art concert. We also composed 16 songs along the trail, which we're scheduled to record in October 2017. The album, tentatively title "Caminho do Vino" should be released this coming winter.

You can check out more about the pilgrimage at https://www.patreon.com/wineandalchemy.

Thank you so much, everyone who helped make the journey possible. We'll be posting more updates and artistic expressions soon!

Well met! Per your request, I've come here to admit I'm the reprobate responsible for the "dead possum" verse of Stolichnaya during last night's (Sat, 22 Apr 2017) Mega Set at Sherwood. Thanks for all the great music, fun and kind words. Looking forward to seeing you next season, or perhaps another show before then.

Just wanted to say thank you for the two CD's we bought last week. Love them! We've been fans since it was E Muzeki. From that time we saw them at the Tampa Renn Faire in 2007, we've (my wife also) kept up with ya's ever since. Sure hope you guys can make it out to the SC area sometime soon. Love to see ya!

  • Caught you guys several times at the Maryland Renaissance Festival for the final two weekends. Thanks for the great music and fun, and I hope to see you back in 2016 at Revel Grove!

Thanks for coming to the Great Lakes Medieval Faire. Roxanne was wonderful and I hope that next year you will return and bring some more of the band. You are a worthy musical successor to my friend Owain Phyfe, who is greatly missed.

I love the way W&A weaves in the history and meaning of the music in their shows. When they came to my town it was a truely inspiring show. I usually travel far to see them but having them come to my small town was surreal and everyone was amazed. Loved it!
